Diplegia cerebral palsy is a form of this condition that mainly affects the legs however there may also be minor involvement of the arms. Most children who suffer from diplegia cerebral palsy have spasticity due to high muscle tone with difficulty in balance and co-ordination together with a reducing range of motion.
